Academic Awards Criteria
Each year in September a celebration of student academic excellence, from the previous academic year, takes place. The awards are for students who were in grades 9-11.
There are a variety of awards given during the ceremony. Some are solely based on marks. Other awards incorporate the ability of students to balance academic expectations while making outstanding contributions within the school and the community.
Awards are given to students who achieve the highest overall mark in each course. Academic, applied, open and locally developed courses are honoured separately.
